Flow Studio Service Specific Terms

In these Service Specific Terms, the words and terms used herein shall have the same meanings set forth below unless otherwise defined in the MSA and references to clause numbers shall refer to the clauses of these Flow Studio Service Specific Terms, unless otherwise dictated below.

 

1. Definitions and interpretation


In these Service Specific Terms, the words and terms used herein shall have the same meanings set forth below unless otherwise defined in the MSA and references to clause numbers shall refer to the clauses of these Flow Studio Service Specific Terms, unless otherwise dictated below.

Terms, unless otherwise dictated below.

Channel Charge means the rate per unit for any Channel, as set out in the Order Form.

Charge Per Execution means the per unit charge based on the execution of a particular flow, as set out in the Order Form.

CRM means customer relationship management technology. 

ERP means enterprise resource planning.

Flow Builder has the meaning as set out in clause 2.2 of these Service Specific Terms. 

Flow Management has the meaning as set out in clause 2.5 of these Service Specific Terms. 

Flow Studio means the services as outlined under clause 2 of these Service Specific Terms.

Flow Versions has the meaning as set out in clause 2.6 of these Service Specific Terms.

Integrations has the meaning as set out in clause 2.4 of these Service Specific Terms.

Service Specific Terms means these Flow Service Specific Terms.

Variables Management has the meaning given to the term in clause 2.7 of these Service Specific Terms.

Visual Reports has the meaning as set out in clause 2.3 of these Service Specific Terms.

  1. 2.  Services

2.1  The Services under these Service Specific Terms comprise of the following: 

2.2   Flow Builder: a no-code visual builder that unifies the Channels to create customized workflows across chatbots, IVR, notifications and marketing campaigns by using a drag and drop capability.

  1. The Customer can use already existing templates to implement use-cases or build a customised flow by using the pre-configured widgets.
  2. The flow created via Flow Studio can be triggered by an incoming message, call or webhook, (“Flow Builder”).

 

2.3  Visual Reports: the visual reports assist Customers to identify End Users behavior across the flows and empower the omnichannel communication by native integrations with external applications; such as customer relationship management systems, enterprise resource planning and ticketing systems (“Visual Reports”).

2.4  Integrations: Flow Studio can be integrated with the Customer’s existing business systems such as CRM and ERP in order to automate business processes (“Integrations”). 

2.5  Flow Management: access to create, edit and delete flows from an interface that assist the Customer to have better control over the flows created by Flow Studio (“Flow Management”).

2.6  Flow Versions: the ability to create versions of the same flow in order to keep track of the changes made in a flow and compare flow versions performance (“Flow Versions”).

        1. Variables Management: enabling the Customer to add or remove any variable that can be used inside a specific flow and that will assist a Customer to personalize the experience for the End User (“Variables Management”).
