In these Service Specific Terms, we've gathered some key terms and their meanings to make sure we're all on the same page. Unless we specify otherwise in the Master Services Agreement ("MSA"), you'll find these meanings below. When we talk about clause numbers, we're referring to sections within these Voice Service Specific Terms, unless stated otherwise.
i. "Audio Library" refers to the repository on the Unifonic Console that allows you to upload Audio Files for sending to End Users.
ii. "Balance" denotes the amount available in your Voice Account.
iii. "Balance Refund" signifies a refund due to you if conditions for such refund are met.
iv. "Bring Your Own Connectivity" is defined in clause 4.
v. "Caller ID" represents the number of the calling party.
vi. "Connection / Connected" refers to the successful delivery of Voice Services to the End User, regardless of their utilization.
vii. "Caller Name" has the meaning set out in clause 4.
viii. "Initial Balance" is the initial amount set in the Order Form.
ix. "Minimum Balance" signifies the minimum required balance as stated in the Order Form.
x. "Rate" is the fee specified in the Order Form for Voice Services usage.
xi. “SPAM Message” means any Voice message and /or call is not in compline with the SPAM Voice Calls Regulation available on the following link (https://regulations.citc.gov.sa/ar/pages/public-decision.aspx#/publicDecisionDetails/469)
xii. "Service Specific Terms" means these service specific terms for Voice Services.
xiii. "SIP Redundancy" is the automatic fallback service to a secondary carrier.
xiv. "Top Up Balance" signifies fees paid to increase your Balance.
xv. "Voice API" has the meaning set out in clause 4.
xvi. "Voice Campaign" refers to an outbound dialing campaign.
xvii. "Voice Services" represent the services outlined in the Order Form.
