Unifonic is a Great Place to Work®, but don’t take our word for it.

We’re so proud! Thanks to our people, we have just been certified by Great Place to Work®.  We worked with the team at Great Place to Work® to gather confidential feedback about our organization, leaders and colleagues.  We recognize the importance of working with a global authority on workplace culture to understand what we are doing well and what we need to work on.  We conducted the survey across four of our locations; KSA, UAE, Jordan and Pakistan, each achieving an average of 90% or more based on the Great Place to Work® questionnaire.

What makes us a Great Place to Work®?  Our people, also known as Unifones.  Our core philosophy is to enable our people to bring their best selves to work. We are relentless in our approach to provide amazing environments in which Unifones are empowered, respected, and always encouraged to think big. A fundamental part of enabling people to bring their best selves to work is flexibility.  We still recognize the importance of having an office to build social capital and facilitate creativity and innovation, however, we also listened to our Unifones prior to implementing our hybrid approach.  Our Unifones are encouraged to come to the office two days a week and are free to work from wherever they feel at their best the rest of the time.   In addition, we also enable working abroad across the organization giving Unifones the freedom to work from anywhere in the world for up to 10 weeks a year.  We don’t just talk about flexibility, we actively provide the tools and empower and trust our people.
